Personal Experience

Kevin Pierre represents individuals and families in matters in a wide range of personal injury and automobile related legal issues. Specifically, Kevin handles personal injury cases including, but not limited to, slip and falls, negligence and automobile accidents.

He was born in North Miami Beach, Florida. Kevin graduated Cum Laude from The Florida State University with a degree in Criminology and Sociology. During his senior year, Kevin earned graduate level credit towards his graduate degree, earning his Master’s in Criminology from Florida State University in only one year. Upon entering law school at Florida International School of Law, Kevin joined the Black Law Student Association and became their historian that same year.

Kevin has spent the majority of his legal career working extensively in matters involving negotiating high-value cases, corresponding with opposing counsel, attending global settlement conferences, interacting with clients daily and representing clients in court. He has handled property damage, automobile accident, pedestrian accident, personal injury protection, premise liability and slip and fall cases.

Kevin has served on the Board of Directors as a former Director of the Haitian Lawyers Association. Apart from representing clients, Kevin also enjoys doing Pro Bono work at local events in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
